1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using nuviraspace.com (the “Site”), operated by MARLU LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Nuvira Space (“Nuvira Space”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Site.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, 3D architectural renders, Eco-Blueprints, technical diagrams, e-books and proprietary tech reviews, is the exclusive property of MARLU LLC or its content suppliers.
- Copyright Protection: This material is protected by international copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.
- Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not republish, sell or redistribute our architectural data or content without express written consent.
3. Digital Products, Purchases and Payment
- Products: We sell digital products, including e-books (“Digital Products”), delivered electronically. We do not ship physical goods.
- Pricing and payment: Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. Payments are processed by PayPal. We do not receive or store your PayPal login or full payment card details, and your use of PayPal is subject to PayPal’s own terms.
- Delivery: After payment is confirmed, you receive access to your Digital Product by download link on the order confirmation page and/or by email. Please make sure the email address you provide is correct.
- Personal license: A purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Digital Product for your own non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, resell, share, upload or distribute it, in whole or in part.
- Order cancellation: We may cancel an order if we suspect fraud, an unauthorized transaction or a pricing error, and will refund any amount charged.
- Refunds: Because Digital Products are delivered immediately, sales are final except as described in our Refund Policy.
4. Architectural & Technical Disclaimer
Nuvira Space provides conceptual architectural content. You acknowledge and agree that:
- Inspiration Only: Our “Eco-Blueprints” and designs are conceptual and are not construction-ready documents.
- No Professional Advice: Use of the Site or purchase of a Digital Product does not constitute an architect-client relationship, and nothing on the Site is legal, financial, engineering or construction advice.
- Mandatory Professional Review: You are solely responsible for hiring a licensed local Architect or Structural Engineer to review and stamp any concept before physical implementation. We are not liable for structures built without such oversight.
5. Prohibited User Conduct
When using Nuvira Space, you agree not to:
- use any “robot,” “spider,” or automated device to “scrape” or monitor our architectural data;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or user database;
- use our designs for any unlawful purpose or to violate local building regulations;
- share, resell or redistribute purchased Digital Products, or use them in a way that infringes our rights.
6. Third-Party Content & Affiliate Links
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites (such as architectural tool providers or software). Nuvira Space does not monitor or control these sites and is not responsible for their content. In accordance with transparency standards, we disclose that we may earn a commission from purchases made through affiliate links at no extra cost to you.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and Digital Products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall MARLU LLC, its members, managers or affiliates be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, structural failure, financial loss or loss of data) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on this Site, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MARLU LLC and Nuvira Space from and against any claims, damages or legal fees arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our architectural concepts in a manner not authorized by a licensed professional.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and any claim relating to Nuvira Space are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
